At Rustic Hideaways, we believe your wedding should reflect your vision, preferences, and budget.

As a family-owned and operated outdoor venue, we welcome outside vendors and caterers of your choice. For couples who would appreciate additional guidance, we also offer optional planning and vendor coordination services.

Whether you need assistance sourcing the right professionals, coordinating vendor logistics, or managing the details of your celebration, we're happy to discuss the level of support that best suits your needs.

Coordination of vendor requirements with the venue layout.
Preparation of an event timeline.

This service covers coordination before the event. Onsite day-of coordination is available through the Wedding Planning & Coordination package.

Wedding Planning & Coordination

Starting at$1,500

Personalized planning support and onsite wedding-day coordination, so you can enjoy your celebration with confidence.

Planning consultations to discuss your vision, priorities and budget.
Vendor recommendations and sourcing assistance.
Communication with vendors to confirm services and arrangements.
Guidance on ceremony and reception layouts.
Preparation of your wedding-day timeline.
Onsite coordination of vendor arrivals and setup.
Coordination of your ceremony, reception and key moments.
A central point of contact for vendors throughout the day.

Day-of coordination is included in this package and is not offered separately.

All prices are starting rates and are additional to venue rental. These services are alternative packages; their fees are not added together. Vendor fees, catering, drinks, décor, rentals and setup or breakdown labour are charged separately. A personalized quote will outline the services included for your event.
